- Works as Business Manager and General Management Associate for the Broadway and touring productions of Wicked, What the Constitution Means to Me, Spongebob Squarepants, Oh, Hello, Fun Home, Fully Committed, If/Then, Peter and the Starcatcher, Bring it On, Sister Act, Next to Normal, and Spelling Bee
- Handles investor relations, closed show accounting and intern coordination
- Other responsibilities include company managing developmental readings and workshops, Quickbooks accounts payable/receivable, booking travel, scheduling meetings, and handling executive expenses and invoicing.
- Producing assistant to the lead producer of Peter and the Starcatcher on Broadway.
- Directly assisted company management opening the Broadway production of Sister Act through the 2011 Tony Awards. Specifically handled all house seat and Tony voter seat reservations.
(MSG Entertainment) Tour to Providence/Boston (2010 Season)
- Worked as part of the company management team for The Radio City Christmas Spectacular tour to Providence, RI (PPAC) and Boston, MA (Wang Theatre).
- Responsibilities included assisting the company manager in all areas including heavy administrative assistant duties, company administration, organization of company house seats and comps, facilitating company transportation, keeping and maintaining schedules, organizing company events, petty cash, and representing management on PR events.
- Worked as the company manager for several productions in the “Broadway in New Hampshire Series” including Noises Off, Rent, The Full Monty, CATS, A Christmas Carol, Pippin, Little Shop, The Producers, Swing Fever, A Chorus Line, Crazy For You, All Shook Up, Nunsense A-Men, and The Wedding Singer.
- Worked directly as assistant to the Artistic Director.
- Responsibilities included making phone calls and negotiating to hire actors, organizing travel for actors, organizing housing for actors, creating actor contracts (including Equity Guest Artist - Tier 1), mailing scripts and contracts, actor payroll, and serving as liaison between the cast and administration.
